Mrs. Minnie is a proud Chicago native with a lifelong passion for people, encouragement, and service. Known for her high energy, upbeat personality, and warm smile, she has a natural ability to connect with others and inspire them to discover who they are meant to be. She finds great joy in seeing people succeed, especially those who may feel overlooked or alone.
With over 30 years of experience in the medical field, Mrs. Minnie is deeply committed to excellence, compassion, and front-office leadership. She is the founder of Believers and Achievers Dental Training Academy, a national certified training provider offering Dental Administration Training.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Minnie has met and served with many remarkable individuals, including local television personalities and Grammy Award winners. (Fredd Hammond, Marice Griff Sunday’s Best, Brian Wilson, James Fourtune & Fiya) Just to name a few her leadership and influence have earned her nominations for Women of Distinction Magazine and Who’s Who Among Women in Business. To make encouragement and training accessible to all, Mrs. Minnie founded The Care, Smile & Service Circle, providing ongoing motivation, inspiration, and practical tools beyond traditional conferences. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for over 40 years and is the proud mother of four adult children and grandmother of nine, all of whom she cherishes deeply.
